I am a consultant with 5 years of experience in the Finance & Insurance, Life Sciences, and Transport industries who focuses on IT systems and software, organizations, people, and processes I acquired a global picture of these industries in Europe and am dedicated to improve usual ways of working with a focus on concrete value-adding solutions aligned with the organization’s vision and goal. I am accustomed to both Prince2 and Agile/Scrum project management methodology, favoring the methodology delivering the highest level of efficiency for the targeted project and can easily navigate through transversal projects with both methodologies.
